2032 PORTLAND AVE - Code violation for stripped interior and unsecured detached garage
Owner Mabry Kenneth Adam has an open property maintenance case for 2032 Portland Ave after a caller reported that over the weekend people got into the home and completely stripped it—removing the furnace, wiring, doors and kitchen cabinets, some of which were left in the alley. The caller also says the detached garage isn’t secure (the door closed but not locked) and that people have been staying there periodically, so the city has the case open to investigate and secure the property.
