4000 Sunflower Ave Property Maintenance Case Opened for Rat Infestation

A property maintenance case has been opened for 4000 Sunflower Ave, owned by Greg A. Shell, after reports of a large rat infestation and a dead rodent found in the yard. Inspectors say the property has noticeable trash and junk along the fence line, an old mattress in the backyard, and a broken lawn mower and trash can left for over a year — basically a yard that hasn’t been kept up.
