8019 GLIMMER WAY opened a Code Violation case ENF-PMNT-26-010767

LaTonya Beeler filed a property maintenance case saying an upstairs neighbor’s dog has been urinating on balconies for about 2–3 months at 8019 Glimmer Way, soaking and destroying her balcony belongings and even dripping onto her daughter’s head on May 25, 2026. The complaint lists the owner as Overlook Terraces Ltd and says repeated reports to the property manager got no action, so the city has an open code-violation investigation underway.
