Property owner Ross Christopher A Jr is the subject of an open property maintenance code case at 8316 Ende Ln. A neighbor reported that only the front yard is being mowed while the backyard and the side of the garage are overgrown with very tall, unsanitary-looking weeds, and the complainant asked to remain anonymous.
