Property owner David Joseph Hillerich has an open property maintenance case about a dead tree at 7647 3rd Street Rd. Neighbors say the tree has been dead since before 2024 and keeps dropping limbs onto 3rd Street — with broken branches even touching power lines on Google Maps — so the city has it on file to inspect before it becomes a real safety hazard.
