1908 Bank Street opened a property maintenance case for overgrowth and debris

A Portland resident has filed a property maintenance complaint about a vacant lot owned by Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank at 1908 Bank St. She reports severe overgrowth—large brush, fallen branches and small trees whose roots are encroaching under her privacy fence—plus illegal dumping (including needles), people sleeping on the lot at night, and an uptick in raccoons and opossums. She’s asking the city to inspect and clean the lot, trim or remove the three trees near her fence, remove a fence wrapped around a tree, and clear debris to address the safety and sanitation concerns after trying (and running out of time) to chip away at it herself.
