3117 Grand Ave code violation opened for weeds along fence line
Louisville Rental Houses LLC owns the property at 3117 Grand Ave and is the subject of an open property maintenance code case. A neighbor reports weeds — even trees — growing into their fence from the adjoining lot and says the grass isn’t cut until it goes to seed, so the city has an active investigation to get the vegetation cleaned up.
