Owner Alkurdi Husam Jaber has an open property-maintenance case at 2901 Dixie Hwy after a caller reported multiple heavy trucks, semis and tank trucks — some displaying hazardous placards — parking on the lot. The caller says the building appears to lack utilities, suspects the drivers don’t have permission to park there, and noted similar attempts to leave trucks at the barber shop two doors down.
