Property owner Kelley Mitchell has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported the yard at 8317 Stillmeadow Dr hasn’t been mowed from the driveway back in over a year. Inspectors note the overgrowth “looks terrible” and could invite pests, so the city is tracking the property until the yard is brought into compliance.
