4331 S 3RD ST 3 opened code violation record ENF-PMNT-26-010614

Petrosky Apartments LLC reports that former tenant Kelly Woods was evicted from 4331 S 3rd St, Unit 3 on May 19 by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department but is allegedly still entering the building, sleeping in the hallways, and bringing other homeless people in to sleep. The owner has opened a property-maintenance/code-violation complaint, put in a work order to rekey the building, and is asking authorities to remove her and bar her from returning.
