Owner Anne Louis Elizabeth Parsons has an open property maintenance case for a code violation at 197 Carey Ave. Neighbors reported high grass, stuff scattered across the side yard, a tent full of junk in the back and several old lawn mowers that don’t work — the caller says “the property is a mess and needs to be cleaned up.”
