Paw Thein has an open property maintenance complaint at 6809 Carolyn Rd for automotive work being done in the driveway. Neighbors say this happens repeatedly and the inspector noted it’s hard to tell whether they’re working on their own car or other people’s vehicles, so the city has the case open while it looks into it.
