Louisville Metro Housing Auth has an open property maintenance case for 445 S Jackson St, Unit 102 after a tenant reported the bathroom ceiling flooded twice in recent months. The tenant says a mildew smell now lingers in the bathroom, the laundry room, and a nearby bedroom, they suspect mold in the ceiling and are experiencing health effects, and the second flood left the washer and dryer smelling bad and the dryer only blowing cold air.
