3820 SUSAN LN opened for code violation over yard waste dumping
Owner Smith William Michael has an open property-maintenance code violation at 3820 Susan Ln after neighbors reported he’s been dumping cut-up trees and branches on the lot and the pile keeps growing. Complaints say rats have been seen and others are now dumping yard waste there, so code enforcement opened a case to get the mess cleaned up.
