A caller says an employee of the apartment complex is barricading a fire door with two fridges and a stove at 433 S 2nd St. The property, owned by Cathedral Commons Ltd, is the subject of an open property maintenance/code-violation complaint that notes the back alley/parking-lot door was blocked despite the caller warning it was a fire-safety violation and being met with profanity and a “didn’t care” response.
