7716 Zenith Way opened for code violation: tall weeds and unkempt yard
Owner Richmond Jocelyn Christine has an open property-maintenance case at 7716 Zenith Way after an anonymous neighbor reported tall weeds, an uncut yard and a tarp hanging over the fence that made the place look like a dump. The tipster didn’t know if the residence is occupied, and the case is listed as open while the city follows up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
