2506 Osage Ave opened for property maintenance code violation

Owners Denny and Vivian Sowell have an open property-maintenance case at 2506 Osage Ave after a neighbor reported ongoing sanitation problems at the occupied rental. The report says excessive leaves are clogging gutters and piling along the sidewalk and side yard, dog feces are on the property, and bugs are getting into a 78-year-old neighbor’s home as wind blows debris over (the neighbor notes the property has two dogs and that previous complaints went unanswered).
