Resident at 4932 Forest Park Drive, listed owner Age Kevin, installed a new porch light that neighbors say acts like an unshielded floodlight. Reports say it stays lit overnight (about 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.), isn’t motion-activated, and shines directly into other homes causing migraines and eye strain, so the city has opened a property-maintenance case that’s currently active.
