421 S Clay St code violation case opened at Liberty Green Apartment

Louisville Metro Housing Authority, owner of 421 S Clay St, has an open property maintenance case after a citizen reported several people experiencing homelessness sleeping on the grassy side of the Liberty Green apartment building along East Muhammad Ali. The report notes those individuals are coming from across the street at St. John's Church and that management has been telling tenants to call Metro311 while the city follows up.
