1416 Berry Blvd code violation opened for trash pile and rats
Owner Bueno Luis Cristino Mejia has an open property maintenance code violation at 1416 Berry Blvd after a caller reported a huge pile of trash in the rear along Conn Street. The pile—garbage bags, wooden pallets, and tree branches—has reportedly sat for months and is drawing rats that are crawling in and out, which is what triggered the enforcement case.
