5018 Wellsworth Ave opened for code violation: mobile home in driveway

Owner Lorente Alejandro Bernal has an open property maintenance case at 5018 Wellsworth Ave following a simple zoning/PM complaint. Neighbors say a mobile home is parked in the driveway with someone living in it — allegedly being rented out — with hoses running from the house to the unit, and that residents cut down a tree on their property and dumped it in the ditch line visible from Landrum Ave or Avalon St.
