5527 ARID LN: Opened property maintenance case for trash disposal

Owners William K. and Betty R. Ferguson have an open property maintenance case at 5527 Arid Ln after neighbors reported they haven’t had garbage collection for months and are piling trash in the bed of a pickup and in overflowing backyard bins. With the heat making the pile smell and animals regularly scattering garbage onto nearby yards, the city opened the case to address the sanitation and nuisance concerns.
