4309 Lambert Road: Open code violation for auto repair and junk in rear yard

Owner Perez Luis Labrador is the subject of an open property maintenance case alleging an auto-repair and/or dumpster operation out of 4309 Lambert Rd. Neighbors report very loud trucks coming and going at all hours and a lot of stored materials and junk in the rear yard, visible from the 4320 Outer Loop parking lot. City inspectors are on the case to see whether any code violations need to be addressed.
