1944 W Jefferson St Code Violation: Abandoned green van on 20th St tow requested

A property manager has reported an abandoned green van parked on the 20th Street side at 1944 W Jefferson St, saying it's been sitting there for more than a month. The owner on record is OUIDAB LLC, and the manager says the van has expired plates (they didn't have the plate number at the time of the call) and wants the vehicle tagged and towed as a property-maintenance/code violation.
