4313 Carroll Ave code violation issued for hazardous dead tree removal

Farmdale Baptist Church, owner of 4313 Carroll Ave, has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a large dead tree at the back of the soccer field between the fence and the homes on Trinity Park Drive. The caller says the tree is rotted at the base and its heavy limbs hang over benches where kids sit and over nearby houses, and they’re calling it a safety hazard that needs to be removed.
