3215 Virginia Ave opened a property maintenance case for code violations
Rock Street Capital Partners LLC has an open property maintenance complaint at 3215 Virginia Ave after neighbors reported the vacant lot being used as a backyard auto shop and hangout. Complainants say about four vehicles are parked in the back yard, people have been welding and repairing motors, replacing car parts, racing four-wheelers in the alley, and a flatbed tow truck has been blocking the alley, plus tall weeds and high grass along the fence line — a mix of safety hazards and a neighborhood nuisance.
