2533 Rowan Street Property Maintenance Case Opened

A tenant at 2533 Rowan St has filed a property maintenance complaint saying landlord Christopher Anderson and owner Moors Consortium LLC haven’t addressed multiple safety problems. She reports extensive squirrel infestations in the walls that she says have knocked out electrical outlets (forcing use of extension cords), plus leaking windows and a side door that pours water into the hallway — she says the conditions put her and her three children, one of whom has cerebral palsy, at risk.
