Owner Brenda Sue Gahn has an open property-maintenance case for what appears to be an abandoned house at 5015 Fay Ave. Officials flagged high grass along the fence line and dumping in the backyard, and the city is treating it as a code violation that will be followed up to get the lot cleaned up.
