2416 Bardstown Rd Code Violation: Graffiti on Kroger retaining wall
A property maintenance case reports a graffiti tag reading "MANDIE" on the brick retaining wall of the Kroger at 2416 Bardstown Rd, with the owner listed as Kroger Co. The complainant says the tagger is known to police and asks that Detective Denton in the 1st Division be notified — they believe this is the third time this spot has been vandalized and worry the person keeps hitting properties up and down Bardstown Road.
