LMRK Owner I LLC has an open property-maintenance case for the lot at 231 Cecil Ave after a neighbor reported the grass hasn’t been cut for months. Neighbors say field mice have started showing up on nearby properties, so the city has the case active and will be inspecting to get the lot cleaned up and the pest issue addressed.
