2919 Alford Ave: Code Violation for trash dump cleanup requested

Curtis G. Burgess, owner of 2919 Alford Ave, reports that after recently acquiring the lot he saw people rummaging through structures at the neighboring vacant property at 2921 and dumping a large pile of trash and sticks that are spilling onto his yard. He’s filed a property maintenance complaint requesting cleanup of the debris; the case is open and awaiting follow-up.
