10100 BLACK IRON RD code violation filed for unkept property

Owner Al Cat LLC has an open property maintenance case for 10100 Black Iron Rd after neighbors reported the lot is unkept — old fence posts and sections of fencing were dropped and left since last year and the grass needs cutting. Complaints also say tall weeds and partially cut or fallen trees across from the Club House on Glenmary Farm Drive are blocking views and making the subdivision less attractive to potential buyers.
