4107 Berkshire Ave code violation for high grass at unoccupied property
Owner Kamar Ramsi has an open property maintenance case for the unoccupied property at 4107 Berkshire Ave. A caller reported high grass, and because the owner is listed at an out-of-state address in Tarpon Springs, FL, city officials have the case open to get the yard brought back into compliance.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
