Owner Crawford Sedetria Nicole has an open property maintenance case at 4909 Lea Ann Way after a caller reported high grass and weeds at the occupied home. Inspectors also flagged an overgrown bush in front that’s blocking the view of a stop sign and needs to be trimmed back, so either the owner or city crews will likely be asked to clear the sightline.
