130 Woodmore Ave code violation opened for vacant house and knee-high grass
Owner Layne Joshua has an open property-maintenance case for a vacant house at 130 Woodmore Ave. The record says the home’s been empty for about three months, with a few chairs visible through a window and the backyard grass up to knee-high, so city staff opened the violation to follow up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
