1024 Sylvia St Code Violation for junk piles and rear flea market
Owner Angela J. Baird is the subject of an open property maintenance case at 1024 Sylvia St. Inspectors report lots of junk piled in the rear yard spilling onto Morgan Street — neighbors say she runs a flea market out back that extends into the street and this has been reported multiple times.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
