A property maintenance case is open for 1941 S 30th St, owned by Rolsin Clara Heirs Or Devisees Of, after repeated complaints about a hazardous tree in the vacant lot next to the driveway. The neighbor says a limb recently fell into their driveway while they were at the hospital — narrowly missing their car — and is asking the city to re-inspect and have the tree cut down.
