A property maintenance case has been opened after a citizen reported that residents at 8005 Edsel Ln are leaving their garbage cart at the curb after collection and never bringing it back in. Owner Barry Louis G (mailing address 4308 Winter Park Dr) is listed on the open violation, and city staff may follow up to get the cart returned to the yard.
