220 Pennsylvania Ave code violation for overgrown weeds obstructing rear alley
Richard and Mary Mascarich have an open property maintenance case for a code violation at 220 Pennsylvania Ave after a citizen reported overgrown weeds and grass in the rear alley. The vegetation is reportedly blocking access to the garage, so city enforcement will be looking for the alley to be cleared to restore safe access.
