8212 Aspen Ave code violation opened for overgrown yard and debris

Owners Michael D. Ludtke and Marjorie C. Ludtke have an open property-maintenance code case at 8212 Aspen Ave after neighbors reported the backyard grass is still over a foot high. The report says one owner has been deceased for more than a decade, a sibling only mows after complaints (a neighbor handles the front), and the rear yard is cluttered with tree debris, cinder blocks, rubbish and frequented by feral cats and raccoons.
