1300 Dale Ave Code Violation issued for tree around alley street light
A property maintenance case at 1300 Dale Ave reports a tree has grown around an alley street light and appears to be shifting — even listing — the pole. The house is unoccupied and the yard is otherwise maintained, but the tree sits just inside the fence line and the inspector notes it may be tough to get the owner to respond.
