914 W Whitney Ave opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner Nicolas Bushong has an open property maintenance case for the yard at 914 W Whitney Ave. Neighbors say the lot is overgrown with grass, debris and tree limbs, allegedly attracting opossums and rats that have been coming into nearby yards — one resident reports their dog was nearly injured and calls the situation dangerous.
