Owner Kerry A. Clark has an open property maintenance case for the backyard at 1035 Mayer Ave. A neighbor reported the entire backyard is overgrown with weeds above the fence — some have reached tree size — and the complaint says the trees aren’t being tended, so the city has the matter open for enforcement and inspection.
