Avery Property LLC has an open property-maintenance case for the unit at 7101 Bronner Cir, Unit 6 after residents reported no working A/C for about a month and say maintenance has acknowledged it needs replacement but hasn’t acted. Tenants also report scratching noises in the walls and black particles coming from the tub when water runs, so the complaint covers HVAC, possible pest issues, and water-quality/plumbing concerns.
