11201 Professional Park Dr 104 opened for grass maintenance code violation
A property maintenance complaint says the lawn at 11201 Professional Park Dr., Unit 104 — part of GlenMary Pointe in Fern Creek — hasn't been mowed in over a month and is now a foot or more tall in many spots. The owner is listed as 11200 Professional Park Drive LLC and the case is open after residents say property management hasn't responded, leaving the shared grassy areas unusable.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
