948 Samuel St: Code violation for abandoned/inoperable vehicles and trash
Tew Evan has an open property maintenance case at 948 Samuel Street after neighbors reported numerous abandoned, inoperable vehicles — including multiple motorcycles kept under sheets — parked along the street, in the driveway and in the backyard. Complainants say oil from those vehicles runs into the storm drains when it rains, there’s frequent late-night comings-and-goings until 2–5 a.m., and large amounts of trash in the front yard, and residents say previous complaints haven’t resolved the problem.
