Owner William D. Whelan has an open property maintenance case at 6206 Mount Everest Dr for tall grass and dumped furniture and garbage in the backyard. The complaint notes the grass is taller than large dogs and a big rat or possum was seen coming out of the debris and into the neighbor’s yard, with concern that their dog could be bitten.
