1807 Bashford Manor Ln reported fire-damaged fence creating hazard

Owners Pompa Denisse Urquiza and Lopez Dariel Caveza are the subject of an open code complaint after neighbors flagged a fire-damaged fence at 1807 Bashford Manor Lane that left a large opening into the adjacent backyard. A letter was mailed on March 30, 2026 noting the charred, structurally compromised boards—now crudely patched with nails and cardboard—and reports that people have been entering through the gap and dumping trash into the ditch, so inspectors have been asked to investigate the safety, trespass, and cleanup concerns.
