667 S 37th St opened for property maintenance code violation over trees and mice
Paula Ann Morris has an open property-maintenance case at 667 South 37th Street after a neighbor reported trees from 665 South 37th growing onto their fence and into back-alley power lines that need to be cut. The complaint notes neighbors have been trimming 665’s yard on their own, spent $600 on mouse control, and say rodent problems have now popped up at 669 South 37th, so it sounds like a multi-household nuisance spilling over property lines.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
