1306 S Preston St code violation opened for unsafe living conditions
Owner Robertson Chester E S L is named in an open property-maintenance case at 1306 S Preston Street after tenants and neighbors filed complaints. The report alleges a broken upstairs window, roach infestation, a broken gate, and a roof that’s “about to cave in,” plus multiple units in an extremely old house the landlord hasn’t repaired. Neighbors also say a tree was cut into an adjacent yard, damaging belongings that the owner refused to remove or replace.
